  facilities in the New Orleans, please call
  225-578-6111 and leave their name, address of confined
  animal, species, number of animals, and when food
  would have run out. We will go house-to-house as soon
  as we can. The phones are being manned by the LSU
  Veterinary School and Department of Agriculture."
