DirecTV Channel 100: Katrina resources.

I have DirecTV, and noticed last night that Channel 100 has been devoted to Katrina resources. I watched for a few minutes, and it's very specific local information -- things like lists of open shelters in Biloxi. There's also a scrolling ticker on the bottom that shows you various Katrina-related news bits.
