I just found this tribe for people who have been relocated from New Orleans to Dallas:

As a former Texan (Austin) I'm sure Dallas will give Katrina survivors a warm welcome.

    I'm also certain there must be new groups of Gulf States survivors springing up all over. Please feel free to create tribes for them, and post here to get the word out.
